The Alexander Art studio
The Alexander Art Studio was established in October 2002, in the old Central School building,
home of the Arts and Humanities Council of Southwest Louisiana and the Mardi Gras Museum.
Her initial art, executed in the studio, consisted of small engravings.
Alexander then traveled to New Mexico where she participated in various art events, selling and showing these new pieces.
In 2004, the Alexander Art Studio had its first opening solo exhibition,
"HOBO". This exhibition unveiled over 100 pieces of artwork made from 1999-2004.
